Hours of Operation:
Your nurse or therapist should be able to answer any questions you may have. You can also call our agency at (315) 458-3200. Our routine office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Additionally, we provide weekend, evening, and on-call services, making us available to our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to respond to your healthcare needs or questions.

It is very important to call our agency if you are admitted to the hospital.

Medical Emergencies:
In the event you experience a medical emergency, you should call 911. Please do not call our agency for a medical emergency, as we will not be able to respond with kind of help you need.

Natural Disasters:

Be sure to speak with your clinician about setting up a disaster plan with your family and caregivers so that you are prepared just "in case."

Concerns:
If you have a concern or suggestion to make about your care, we recommend you speak to your clinincian. We will work with you to resolve your concerns.

Language Barrier:
If you speak another language other than English or have a disability, such as a loss of hearing, we can set up an interpreter so that you understand your care.
