How does Lifeline work ? |

| 1. Summon Help Personal Help Button - When you need help, press your Personal Help Button, worn on a wristband or as a pendant. Your button will activate the Lifeline Home Unit. |

Lifeline Home Unit -The unit dials the Lifeline Monitoring Center and establishes two-way voice communication. |
| 2. Professional Intervention - Within seconds, a certified Lifeline Monitor with complete access to your full profile communicates with you. S/he asks you what you need and assesses the situation. | |
| 3. Appropriate Lifeline Response-The Lifeline Monitor then contacts a neighbor, loved one or emergency services to come to your assistance based on your specific needs. | |
| 4. Closed loop - The Lifeline Monitor will follow up to ensure that help did arrive or stay on the line if necessary. | |

Lifeline with Reminders - Caregivers can record up to six personalized reminder message to play daily, weekly or only once with items such as medication reminders, medical appointments, social engagements or doctor's guidelines for diet and exercise. Lifeline Healthcare Directives - This feature provides emergency room staff instant access to your healthcare wishes including life support and organ donation as in a 'living will'. In the event you are transported to a hospital, these documents, stored centrally at Lifeline, will be immediately faxed to the admitting facility. Lifeline with phone answering capabilities -Simply pressing your Personal Help Button while the telephone is ringing allows you to answer your telephone without picking up the handset. When your conversation is completed, press your Personal Help Button to end the call and the unit will announce "good-bye". Physically Challenged Access Kits - With Lifeline Access you can use a specially designed switch to call for help or to answer a high quality speakerphone. These switches are designed for minute movements - as subtle as a puff or sip on a tube, a roll of the head on a pillow, or the blink of an eye. | |

Who installs Lifeline? A.Our professionally trained Installer will take the time to review your lifeline services. Installations are scheduled at a time convenient for you. Q. What happens if I push the button and can't get to the phone? A. The Lifeline unit contains a highly sensitive speaker phone. If you still can't hear it or answer, we will immediately follow-up according to the instructions in your profile. Q. How far away from the lifeline unit will the button work? A. Generally, about 100 yards, however, during the installation process the installer will thoroughly test the button in all areas of you home and property. Q. Will calling for help with my lifeline cause me to have higher telephone bills? A. No, the Lifeline unit contacts the response center using a toll free telephone number. Q.
